It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you’re always carrying so much responsibility. As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help people with high-functioning anxiety, burnout, grief, and stress. I mainly work with driven professionals, new fathers, and teens who are dealing with perfectionism, work stress, big life changes, or strong cultural and family expectations. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR to create a supportive, evidence-based space where you can move past just getting by and find real, lasting calm.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When we work together, therapy is active and collaborative, with a focus on real change. We’ll build practical skills like mindfulness, self-compassion, and learning how to face discomfort, so you can handle stress better and become more flexible in tough situations. As a first-generation Latino, partner, and father, I bring warmth, humor, and cultural understanding to every session. I offer secure online therapy across California, with evening appointments from Monday to Thursday (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) in both English and Spanish.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll start with a detailed first meeting to figure out what’s keeping you stuck, what stresses you most, and what matters most to you. After that, our sessions will focus on building practical ACT skills to help you manage overthinking, calm your nervous system, and take meaningful steps even when you’re stressed. If you’re dealing with unresolved trauma or difficult past experiences, we can use EMDR and structured exposure to work through them safely. My goal is to help you build lasting skills and habits so you can face life’s challenges with more confidence.
