What should a new client know about working with you?

During the first session, we will review paperwork, discuss goals, strengths and needs, and get to know each other. My goal is to provide a comfortable and to empower you to utilize your internal strengths. My favorite approached for my therapy sessions are CBT and strength based approach. Strengths-based approaches value the capacity, skills, knowledge, connections and potential in you. Currently, I am only offering virtual sessions. In the near future, I will also offer in-person sessions. I look forward to working with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First sessions, is the intake process. During the session will take the time to get to know one another. The goal for each session is to work as a team. It is important to build a rapport before I will utilize an intervention.
