Hello, I'm Rainey. As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Montana, Arizona (LPC) Colorado (LPC), Texas (LPC), Tennesee, (LPC), Virginia (LPC), and Florida (telehealth only TPMC524), I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals. My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Providence (formerly the University of Great Falls). Additionally, I hold a Master’s Certificate in addiction counseling from Montana State, Bozeman. This diverse background equips me with a broad understanding of the human experience and the complexities of mental health. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, offering individual and couples sessions. My therapeutic approach is integrated and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Psychoeducation. My goal is to help adults develop the skills necessary to manage day-to-day life alongside their mental health concerns. Throughout my career, I have worked in various clinical settings such as private practice, addiction and mental health clinics, and schools (CSCT). My prior experience includes three years of working with children with Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Mood Dysregulation, Anxiety, Trauma and Abuse, Depression, Attention-Deficit, and Disruptive Behavior Disorders. I have also supported adults dealing with addictions, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, couples issues, grief, and life transitions.
