The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Psychodynamic Psychology treatments. Insight-oriented therapy. Based on my experience, I have found that my approach and style are a good fit for Folks struggling with depression, anxiety, and bipolar symptoms.
