I am often reminded of the poem by Marianne Williamson, which says that it is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. My name is Randell Morgan, and I am a professional counselor who specializes in trauma, stress-related issues, anger, addictions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and more. With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have encountered many situations that give me a unique perspective on how to assist you. My therapy approach is solution-focused and compassionate. One of the biggest fears of my clients is that if they feel bad during the session, they will always feel bad. The truth of the matter is that, most of the time, there is some pain during healing. In essence, you may even feel worse before you feel better, but it is ok because it is all about the healing journey. During our sessions, you can expect to cry a little and laugh a lot. You will receive confirmations of ideas and thoughts you already have, and gain new perspectives on situations you had not considered. Most importantly, you will have a safe space to explore yourself, your past, your ideas, and your soul free of judgment and full of encouragement.
