Getting to know Randi Diemand

Hi there! I am Randi. I specialize in helping individuals and families cope with the impact of life's many transitions. This may include those dealing with acute or chronic illness, grief, changing family structure, job changes or loss, and relationship issues. These transitions can also affect mood, and I can help with treating anxiety and depression as well. Together, we can work on your concerns and the goals you would like to achieve. I provide a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings and create a path forward. With hope and courage, anything is possible. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

What should a new client know about working with you?

At the first session we will get to know each other. Clients should expect a judgement free and open environment where they can feel safe, find comfort and validation. We will explore what brought you to therapy and what goals you would like to work on.to work on. Many of my clients describe me as warm, engaging, and humorous, as we all need to be able to laugh a little along the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
