I specialize in helping adults and seniors who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, addiction, self care/self prioritization, low self esteem and life transitions. I completed my Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) at Salisbury University. I believe that each client is unique, so I do not limit my approach. However, I typically begin with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a motivational interviewing mindset, tailoring my approach as needed to best support you in your journey.
