1755 N Collins Blvd, #310, Richardson, TX
Rani Peterson is supervised by Jessica Callahan. Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves and others. Whether you’re navigating past traumas or struggling with present-day anxieties, I’m here to provide a safe and nurturing space for your healing journey. Grounded in an attachment and nervous system perspective, I believe in fostering a deep understanding of how our experiences shape our responses to the world. My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a touch of humor, creating a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences authentically. I view each client as inherently resilient, possessing the strength and inner wisdom needed to live a fulfilling life. Together, we will cultivate insight, develop coping strategies, and empower you to reclaim your life. My clinical experience includes supporting teenage and adult survivors of sexual trauma facing a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, toxic shame, low self-esteem and self-worth, deep attachment wounds, and relational trauma. To help you achieve your goals, I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, ego-state and somatic interventions, and mindfulness techniques to help you process and heal from your past experiences. My educational background comprises a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling attained from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Additionally, I am an EMDR trained therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher. I hope to connect with you and walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.
