Hi, I’m Raquel. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their relationships - with partners, family, and most importantly, with themselves. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2002 and became licensed in 2007. My clinical training at the VA Hospital gave me a strong foundation in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, and relational approaches — all of which I tailor to meet the unique needs of each client. No two relationships are the same, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-life tools. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating intimacy issues, trust concerns, conflict, life transitions, or the lingering impact of past relationship wounds.
