All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Raquel is an EMDR and trauma specialist offering online individual therapy to adults of all ages. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Hawai‘i Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University. The focus of her practice is to assist clients in coping with multiple issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, unhealthy relationships, life transitions, and the stress of everyday life. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, integrating trauma-informed care, strength-based methods, and harm reduction to support quicker healing and lasting recovery. Raquel tailors her approach to each individual, using CBT, DBT, and EMDR. She recognizes that therapy is not easy and offers a safe, judgment-free space to heal and grow.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
