At times, life can be more challenging than we believe we can handle, but I'm here to help! I have assisted individuals experiencing difficulty with life transitions, school or peer issues, anxiety, and depression to learn, gain clarity, and overcome their challenges. I enjoy working with youth and young adults who are finding their voice. My clients seek a collaborative, safe space where they can feel heard, seen, and build skills to better manage challenging issues. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida for the past 5 years. I have experience working with all ages, from adolescence through adulthood. I'm looking forward to helping you find your strength!
