UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy.
At times, life can be more challenging than we believe we can handle, but I'm here to help! I have assisted individuals experiencing difficulty with life transitions, school or peer issues, anxiety, and depression to learn, gain clarity, and overcome their challenges. I enjoy working with youth and young adults who are finding their voice. My clients seek a collaborative, safe space where they can feel heard, seen, and build skills to better manage challenging issues.
I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida for the past 5 years. I have experience working with all ages, from adolescence through adulthood. I'm looking forward to helping you find your strength!

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
