I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. My goal is always to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward a version of life that feels more steady, fulfilling, and true to you. I earned a Master degree in Social Work from Barry University in 2011, and I bring over a decade of experience supporting people through a wide range of life challenges. I believe therapy should be a safe place to be honest, even when things feel messy—and a space where you get to feel seen, not judged.
