What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your initial session, you will be afforded the opportunity to share your reasons for seeking therapy, what your past experiences have been while in therapy (if this applies), your goals for therapy, and your expectations ( if you have any). Rasheede will share her experiences as a therapist and offer you the opportunity to ask any questions that may arise. All therapy sessions are done in a "non-judgmental" manner. The sessions are individualized and based on the needs of you, the client. Every person is different.
