I listen carefully, help you slow down and understand what you’re experiencing, and work with you to clarify your goals so treatment feels meaningful and purposeful. My style is compassionate and also gently direct. I’ll support you while also encouraging insight, reflection, and accountability when it helps your growth. I tailor treatment to your needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful tool for healing. My goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and empowered throughout our work together

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their concerns and achieve their goals. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and collaborative conversation where we begin to establish our therapeutic relationship. We will engage in introductions, discuss confidentiality and its limits, and talk about your reasons for seeking therapy. We will also gather information on your background, set goals, and explore your preferences for treatment.
