I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Taking a person-centered approach to treatment is essential and highly valued. My ideal client is motivated and committed to therapy, and I share that same commitment to my clients. I specialize in DBT, CBT, anger management, spiritual counseling, and motivational interviewing. I also incorporate nature into therapy, offering traditional groups in an office setting as well as therapeutic hiking. The benefits of hiking as a form of therapy can be discussed further one-on-one. I offer therapeutic hiking groups once a month from March through October.
