Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, parenting issues, or relationship struggles, or you simply need someone to talk to, together we can work toward achieving the peace of mind you deserve. Creating a safe space for you to heal and achieve your goals is important to me. I have extensive experience working with adults in both individual and group therapy settings. Additionally, I have worked with women facing parenting challenges, postpartum depression, and addiction. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and Gestalt therapy to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling (MC) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialties include addiction, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, stress, and trauma.
