What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a holistic approach to therapy because I believe that every aspect of life—such as self, community, spirituality, nutrition, work, intellect, and purpose—contributes to a person’s overall well-being. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, share life experiences, and address challenges, all while feeling truly heard and supported throughout the process. I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficulties related to past or present relationships and family dynamics. In our initial sessions, we will take time to explore these issues at a pace that feels emotionally manageable for you. Together, we will create a personalized plan that empowers you to regain control and move forward in a positive direction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe it’s essential to take the time to truly get to know my clients, so they feel comfortable and connected as they share personal details about their daily lives. This helps me understand how their emotional state is impacting their overall well-being. I also encourage clients to ask questions about my professional approach, as I value transparency and want to work collaboratively to help them achieve their treatment goals. My primary goal is to empower each client as we navigate their challenges together. I am here to listen, offer constructive feedback, provide psychoeducation, and guide them in developing greater insight. Most importantly, I offer the support they need to foster personal growth and positive change.
