I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life's challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, understanding, and feeling truly heard. I enjoy creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful goals. My approach is warm, supportive, and personalized to each client's unique needs. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger management, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Building genuine connections and understanding each person's story is one of the most important parts of my work. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, traveling, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
