Raven Murray, MCoun

Psychotherapist
928 Broadway, Ste 806, New York, NY
Hi, I'm Raven! I believe we are relational beings at our core — we heal, grow, and thrive in connection with others, yet so many of us move through life carrying more than we were ever meant to carry alone. I work with adults who often present as high achievers or perfectionists -- deeply capable people and the ones everyone else leans on, but are privately exhausted by the pressure to do more and be more. If you're burnt out, navigating life transitions, exploring your identity, caught in relationship patterns that aren't serving you, or questioning your sense of purpose, I'm here to help you make sense of it all and move toward living more peacefully. My philosophy is grounded in holistic wellness — every part of you is welcome here: your experiences, identities, challenges, and strengths. Much of our work together involves understanding the patterns you developed for very good reasons, and figuring out together which ones you're ready to let go of. I'll offer support and honest reflection as we work to release what's no longer serving you and build meaningful change. My person-centered approach is about helping you move through the world with greater confidence and resilience, more attuned to yourself and what matters most to you — so that your life feels authentic.
