I am a licensed therapist with a deeply personal mission for curating a therapy space where individuals feel brave to embrace alignment with their authentic selves. I help clients heal from anxiety, depression and PTSD. I am known for helping folks of marginalized backgrounds including women, LGBTQIA+, those affected by immigration and political stressors, individuals healing from cultural traumas, first generation wounds, and racially and ethnically diverse clients, as well as artists/ creatives. As your therapist, I create a warm, purposeful space where therapy can feel authentic. I am passionate about processing trauma and empowering you to see change in your life outside of sessions. Together we’ll explore, identify, unlearn, re-learn, embrace, and go from surviving to aligning.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
