I am a competent and ethical mental health professional with over 25 years of experience with helping individuals and families with facing a myriad of mental health challenges; including, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorder(s). I have extensive experience in treating individuals ranging in age from 3 years old to 97 years old. I have had my own business since 2005. I have witnessed the stabilization that occurs between individuals and their families when competent services are provided. This includes resolving conflict, developing healthy communication skills, creating and maintaining healthy boundaries, and fostering creation of effective problem-solving skills. I am licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor and use a variety of techniques to aid in allowing individuals and families to reach their full potential. Specifically, I make use of cognitive and dialectical behavioral skills, coupled with introduction of faith and spirituality into the proper context of recovery and healthy habits.
