Old wounds can become harder to ignore over time. You may be living with persistent anxiety, a sense of unease, or emotional exhaustion from having to navigate life’s challenges on your own. You might feel stuck in patterns that once helped you survive, but no longer serve you. Finding an affirming therapist who truly understands your experiences can feel like more emotional labor. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in a supportive, grounding, and respectful space. Our work together is collaborative and paced with care, allowing you to explore your inner world safely while building greater emotional stability, self-compassion, and clarity. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to feel more present and at ease in your life. I specialize in working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating infertility and reproductive challenges. My approach gently explores the inner roles, voices, and protective strategies that develop in response to trauma and life experiences. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate parts of you, we work to understand them with curiosity and respect, supporting integration and healing over time. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and strengths-based, grounded in deep respect for your resilience and lived experience. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. You deserve care that honors your complexity and supports meaningful, lasting change. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out because every part of you is welcome here.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach therapy from a collaborative, strengths-based perspective. I believe each person’s inner world is complex, resilient, and always working toward growth, even when things feel stuck or overwhelming. My role is to support you in understanding your experiences with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment. I strive to create a supportive, affirming, and trauma-informed space where you can explore your emotions, patterns, and life experiences at a pace that feels safe and respectful. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful, lasting change. This work is collaborative and supportive. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting and we can take things one step at a time, together. My goal is to support healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change through respect, curiosity, and collaboration.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work with clients begins by building a safe, supportive, and collaborative relationship. Early sessions focus on getting to know your experiences, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. I take a trauma-informed approach and prioritize emotional safety, trust, and consent throughout our work together. As therapy continues, we gently explore patterns, inner experiences, and protective strategies shaped by life events and trauma. Our work is tailored to your unique needs, and I wish to check in regularly to ensure the process feels supportive and aligned with your goals. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful, lasting change.
