Getting to know Raychelle Fraser

Mental health care is of utmost importance to me. I believe every individual deserves access to quality mental health care. I have been in the mental health field for the past five years, including over three years of experience working as a counselor. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and a National Certified Counselor. I can help treat a range of mental health issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I aim to create an open, warm and empathetic environment. I use a mixed approach by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Strengths Based Approaches. I tailor therapy to each client's specific needs and goals in hopes of finding the best outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, we would get to know each other and I would ask what beings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of therapy. We would establish a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. For subsequent sessions we would work on fulfilling these goals and ensuring that you make progress.
