In life, there's not always a right place or right time; sometimes you have to make the timing work for you. Life is all about decisions, and I believe in helping clients make the right decisions for their lives. I believe that everyone has the ability to take their lives to the next level—the work and power lie within you. We all deserve a safe space to work through any issues in a healing and non-judgmental environment. I provide that space, believing it is the best way to foster growth. We all need to feel heard and understood. I offer this guidance through an eclectic approach to the therapy relationship, incorporating a variety of treatments including CBT, mindfulness, and DCT. I am person-centered and use a variety of tools to create a personalized space for you to reach the goals you have set for yourself. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
