Raymond Navarro has been an active member of the mental health and substance abuse fields for over ten years. He has worked with some of the largest mental health organizations in the United States and worldwide. Ray has spent years supporting children and adults of all ages, addressing a wide range of issues. He is also an active member of multiple charities that offer mental health services. If Raymond can't help you, he can find someone who can. Raymond holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix. Our goal at Navarro Counseling L.L.C. is to provide exceptional care to those who need it most. We don't see patients; we see human beings. Along with spending over a decade helping people in need, Raymond is also an expert in martial arts. He has developed a special program that combines the beauty of jiu-jitsu with the power of the mind to create what he likes to call the body of a savage but to civilize the mind.

I employ evidence-based methods—CBT to reframe thoughts, DBT to regulate emotions, EMDR to process trauma, and mindfulness to deepen self-awareness. Together, we’ll set clear objectives, leverage your strengths, and build coping strategies that foster resilience, restore balance, and support well-being. I help adolescents and adults by using CBT, DBT, EMDR-focused, and mindfulness to reframe unhelpful thoughts, regulate emotions, and process trauma. I tailor personalized treatment plans, teach coping skills, strengthen relationships, boost self-esteem, and guide goal-setting. I provide compassionate, goal-focused support. I understand how isolating anxiety, depression, or trauma can feel. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Your courage to seek help is the first step. In a warm, nonjudgmental space, we’ll work collaboratively to find relief and growth. If you’re ready for compassionate support and practical guidance, let’s begin your journey together.
