On going sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, gain insights, and build skills for change. Throughout our work, we regularly review progress and adjust our focus as needed. When goals are met or you feel ready to conclude, we discuss what next steps and strategies you may need to maintain growth beyond therapy.
