My mental health experience includes multiple levels of care, from private practice to inpatient hospitalization. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Chicago. My empathetic, warm, and creative approach allows me to guide my clients along the path they choose. I truly believe therapy is client-centered, supported by a therapist. Our first session will be used to get to know one another and discuss a treatment plan. We will continue to focus on your goals and work together to achieve them. At Dayrise Wellness, my goal is to help those ages 12-25 feel empowered and take control of their lives again. I am eager to get to know you!
