What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, and eating and body image issues. I am here to support you in any phase of the healing process - from overcoming past traumas to seeking self-actualization and flourishing. I work with adolescents (12+), teenagers, adults, and groups.
