Hello, I'm Reagan. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that you know yourself better than anyone else. My role is to listen and assist you in identifying thought patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we will work through these challenges and find effective coping skills and techniques to help you live the best and most productive life you deserve. This is your therapeutic journey, and I’m excited to join you on it. I graduated with a double major in Substance Abuse and General Psychology in 1999, and went on to earn my master’s degree in 2003. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Professional in Nebraska. I am easy to talk to and very open and compassionate. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, teens, adolescents, LGBTQ+ clients, detainees, and groups in various settings, including private practice, mental health clinics, schools, hospitals, and detention centers. I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, narcissistic personality disorder, PTSD, sex/intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. Additionally, I have a unique interest in the interpretation of dreams, as I believe that analyzing your dreams can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach to therapy is rooted in Client-Centered Therapy (also known as Person-Centered, Non-Directive, and Rogerian Therapy), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am here to support you in a compassionate and non-judgmental space, where we can explore your thoughts and feelings together. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with the latest in mental health practices. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your path to healing and growth. If you feel that we might be a good fit, please reach out. Let's embark on this journey together.
