Getting to know Rebecca Beckley

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Social Worker with experience across child welfare, behavioral health, private practice, and healthcare. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, supporting clients through a variety of challenges and life transitions. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share openly, at your own pace, and feel genuinely heard. I take a person-centered approach, believing therapy should be a collaborative process built around your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My background as a medical social worker in hospice, has given me experience supporting individuals and families through grief, loss, difficult transitions, and complex emotions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand their emotions and thought patterns while also developing practical coping skills related to mindfulness and emotional regulation. Above all, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you work towards your goals

She is one of the most compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive people I know. She has an incredible ability to listen without judgment and make you feel truly heard, understood, and valued. She creates such a warm and safe environment where it feels easy to be yourself and talk openly. She is also incredibly thoughtful with the advice and perspective she offers. She never makes you feel dismissed or judged, and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about helping others feel supported and understood. Her kindness, patience, empathy, and ability to connect with people are just a few of the many qualities that make her so well suited for this work. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, trustworthy, and supportive person to have in their corner.
I loved my time with Rebecca! She was very helpful at discussing my feelings. Her approach was very helpful at determining whether I was looking to solve an issue or just vent about it.
Rebecca is the best. She is very professional and compassionate. She listens and makes me feel safe. I highly recommend Rebecca.
She was really good, I usually hate therapists, but Rebecca was my favorite so far. She made it feel like a friend who was understanding rather than something was wrong with me. I recently went through a brutal divorce and I had a hard time, I was doing all sorts of things. Rebecca help give me coping skills to be less impulsive. At 46 years old I’m now rebuilding myself and Rebecca is helping me do that in many ways.
