What should a new client know about working with you?

I am most often described as "passionate". I put my whole being into every decision I make. I believe that steady hard work always has a positive payout in the end. Sometimes the big picture can be overwhelming and daunting, I break life down into manageable and realistic steps. The most important aspect of the process is understanding that you have choices in life. Nothing ever needs to be set in stone. If you don't like something, you can change it. And you can change it until it is right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me is driven by you, keeping that it is important for the client and myself to steer in the direction towards the overall goal. I also enjoy utilizing individual measurments as an additional strategy to keep us on track to you feeling better. The goal is for you to feel better and not to rely on the use of therapy forever.
