Many of my clients say that talking with me feels like talking to a friend, but with the added safety, structure, and support to help them truly move forward. My focus I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or impacted by past experiences that still feel present. People who want real tools, a deeper understanding, and a way to move forward. We will focus on building practical skills and processing past experiences that shape how you think, feel, and respond. My approach I draw from evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, CBT, and TF-CBT. Whether that means building practical coping skills to navigate daily stress or processing past experiences to address deeper patterns and negative beliefs, I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both supported and empowered. My communication style I listen with the intention of truly understanding your experience, while also helping you recognize patterns and underlying beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. My feedback is honest, compassionate, and direct. I’ll reflect what I’m noticing, ask meaningful questions, and gently challenge you when it supports your growth.
