Change can stir up a lot: moves, new schools, shifting roles, and feelings that are hard to name. If you or your child is seeking a gentle, creative space to process transitions, identity, or relationship stress, I offer a place to be seen and heard. Growing up in a military family and living in Germany, Thailand, and Taiwan shaped my respect for culture, resilience, and belonging. If words are not enough, we can use art, play, and mindful awareness to make meaning, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing in ways that fit who you are. I welcome children, teens, and families, and we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful. I am client centered and integrative, using Art Therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, Sandplay, and DBT. My background as a Waldorf teacher keeps sessions experiential. I hold Level One HANDLE training, using tapping, bilateral, and cross-lateral exercises for regulation. I can draw on prior Reiki training when it aligns with your goals. I believe everyone holds the capacity to heal and transform what no longer serves them. I bring curiosity, creativity, compassion, and connection, and I honor your cultures and communities. Whether we use words, art, play, or mindful awareness, we will move at a safe pace. If you are ready to begin, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
