Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or lost without direction? Maybe you’ve been feeling lonely, anxious, or depressed. Regardless of the issue, I’m here to help you. Therapy can be an intimidating step due to the vulnerability in opening up, but I pride myself on providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space for you to be your true self. My focus in life is to empower those whose voices have not been heard and give hope to those who have lost it. Change can be scary, but we can do it together.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and am a certified trauma specialist with years of experience processing and minimizing symptoms from PTSD. My specialties also include anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral issues, relationship issues, spiritual abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, postpartum depression, emotional abuse, and panic attacks.
As someone who has once been on the other side of the screen trying to find a therapist, I understand how daunting it can be to look for a stranger you hope will help. I offer a free 15-minute consultation for you to see if we would be a good fit and help you feel more comfortable taking the next step toward change in your life.
