“Rebecca is the best therapist I've ever had. She's truly changed my life for the better. From helping me set better boundaries with my complicated family to encouraging me to become the best version of myself, I couldn't have asked for a better person to confide in. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to but still incredibly professional. I feel like I can talk through any issue with her and I'm in a safe space and met with compassion and guidance. I've made so much progress with my mental health and I could have never done it without her. She genuinely cares about helping her clients and I'm so incredibly thankful to have her in my life! ”

I've had the pleasure of working with Rebecca for several years now and can say that working with her has genuinely changed my life for the better. Rebecca has helped me tremendously in being able to learn how to better cope with the challenges and stressors of life, regulate my emotions all while providing me an incredibly safe space for processing and healing trauma. I feel so fortunate that I've been able to work with Rebecca in therapy, she is truly an amazing clinician and has an incredible ability to connect with you on a human level while also holding and creating space to process and work through challenging emotions. If you're willing to do the work, I sincerely believe working with Rebecca can change your life like it has changed mine.
Rebecca is truly amazing! From my very first appointment, her warmth, humor, and genuine demeanor made her so easy to open up to. While I initially started seeing her for help navigating my relationship with my mom amidst mental and physical health concerns, her empathy and expertise have helped me through so many more of life’s ups and downs, big and small. Her ability to listen and encourage a self-compassionate approach grounded in reality and practical guidance, has made me a better mom, spouse, friend, family member, and person. She has also been wonderfully responsive and flexible, working around my very structured schedule as a teacher so I could fit in online appointments during my plan period when I needed to. I cannot recommend Rebecca more highly.
Rebecca is straightforward, sensitive, and a good listener. I appreciate that she keeps things real and is nonjudgemental. She provides practical and realistic feedback and strategies.
