Getting to know Rebecca Golden

Prior to becoming an LMFT, Rebecca was a modern and ballet dancer, as well as a musical theater performer. She has always wanted individuals to succeed and to “strive for excellence.” Rebecca always sees the “real” person in spite of the drugs, the drama, and the shame. Helping people to see their light and to seek their highest potential is one of her greatest joys. In 2016, she and her friend Rob Owen, M.A. (author and teacher), co-founded Pioneer Academy, a middle school in Corralitos, California, that addressed the developmental, educational, emotional, and mental health needs unique to middle school children. There, Rebecca taught middle schoolers about psychology and led groups focusing on communication skills. Currently, Rebecca is providing online therapy and coaching to individuals, couples, and families dealing with premarital issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and women's and men’s health. She also facilitates the Emotion Code®, the Body Code®, Belief Code®, and Psych-K® sessions through her business Golden Light Therapy.
