Getting to know Rebecca Hutchinson

Life can be challenging. I can help you work through these challenges. I can guide you to work out past experiences or current situations to make your life easier to manage and more rewarding. I provide several types of therapy to help clients of all ages. My background includes earning my BS in Education in 1994 and my ME in Guidance and Counseling in 1999. Additionally, I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University, San Antonio. I gained my LPC in 2017. I was a teacher for six years and served as a Guidance Counselor in elementary schools for 18 years. I have been a licensed counselor for three years. While I am more experienced in working with children, I enjoy working with adults of all ages. I would like to help clients reach positive, healthy ways to handle life stressors and negative events that keep them from being in a peaceful and balanced stage of life. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
