Psychotherapist
10 Riverside Dr, Ste 208, Lakeville, MA
Life doesn’t always go as planned. Illness, loss, and life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of who you are now. I specialize in working with adults coping with anxiety, grief, life transitions and adjustment, including the emotional toll that often comes with complex or ongoing challenges. Whether you're adjusting to a diagnosis, processing a loss, or struggling with the direction your life is headed, therapy can help you find your way forward. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—building coping skills, reconnecting with your values, and moving forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and guided by a holistic, nature-informed perspective. I integrate mindfulness, compassion, and practical strategies to support you in your day-to-day life. Sessions may be structured and skills-focused at times, or more reflective when you need space to process and make sense of your experiences. I work from a humanistic, strengths-based lens and strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you navigate change and reconnect with yourself.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
