What is your typical process for working with clients?

***PLEASE NOTE we are only accepting patients with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO insurance plans. Please ensure to upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. After booking your appointment, an Intake coordinator will reach out to you shortly with appointment details and registration paperwork.
