Rebecca Nation, LMFT

Psychotherapist
555 University Ave, Ste 225, Sacramento, CA
Hi, I'm Rebecca, a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience. I hold a Master's in Counseling from the Professional School of Psychology. I believe that people are inherently relational beings, and when our relationships-whether with ourselves, others, or God-are hurting, life can become incredibly painful. If you are looking for compassionate care that combines sound psychological principles with faith, I may be a good fit for you. If you are motivated to create a culture of honor in all relationships, especially in your most intimate ones, I may be a good fit for you. If you seek someone who comes from a Christian perspective to help you find hope and healing, I may be a good fit for you. I enjoy working with adults of all backgrounds and with couples seeking skills to build a satisfying marriage. In particular, I appreciate working with motivated clients who are ready for change. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a set of skills designed to empower clients to manage their emotions effectively.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
