UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have been working as a therapist for 30 years. I began my career at Riley Hospital for Children, supporting children with cancer and their families as they navigated the challenges of the illness. I worked closely not only with the children but also with their parents, siblings, extended family, and the school and community. I provided grief counseling for these groups when a child sadly did not survive cancer. Additionally, I have worked with children involved in or at risk of entering the juvenile system. My experience spans a wide age range, from 3 to 93 years old, including seniors struggling with life changes. I earned my Bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and my Master's in Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington. I am honest and have learned that to truly reach people, you have to be reachable and real.
