What is your typical process for working with clients?
I enjoy working with people of varied backgrounds, life stages, and perspectives. Using approaches such as Narrative Therapy, I aim to hear your story and work with you to create goals that you are proud of and excited to achieve. I hope to encourage your innate intuition as you determine and work toward those goals.
Stepping into your healing journey can be difficult. While I may not yet know you, I do give credit to your effort that has led you to this point, and I wish to support you in getting started. I hope to become a part of your healing journey through curiosity and empathy.
