My focus is to help individuals build a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and aligned with their values. I specialize in treating Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideation, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their challenges. I believe lasting change is possible, and I partner with each client to strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and develop practical skills for navigating life's most difficult moments. I take a collaborative, individualized approach that integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Radically Open DBT (RO DBT). My experience includes working with individuals in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, nonprofit, school-based, and outpatient settings, supporting those with complex mental health needs. Together, we will create a treatment plan that promotes resilience, emotional wellness, and lasting personal growth.
