Hello, I'm Rebecca, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with an MSW. Supporting clients through their lifelong journey of self-discovery and self-awareness is my passion. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, and this experience has deeply enriched my practice. My beliefs about therapy have expanded, and I've come to realize the profound power of self-awareness and empowerment in overcoming life's challenges.
I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, depression, family relationships, gender identity, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, military/veteran support, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, stress, and trauma. My approach is centered around encouraging clients to develop the skills needed to be successful in their lives, no matter what obstacles arise. Together, we'll work on challenging any self-defeating thoughts and replacing them with a framework that supports your personal development.
