I would like to share a little about me and my approach. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama and Virginia with telehealth privileges in Florida and South Carolina. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with an M.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology. I have completed CBT training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy and am a registered Star Behavioral Health Provider in Virginia providing therapy services to military connected individuals. I have completed Tier 1 and Tier 2 trainings through Uniformed Services University Center for Deployment Psychology. I have a passion for helping those in need find their inner strength and resilience. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and respectful environment where they feel comfortable exploring their life experiences. I offer an integrative, client-centered approach to meeting my client's unique needs. Our work together will be collaborative in nature in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
