Getting to know Rebecca Soto

As an LMHC with nineteen years in community mental health, I create a healthy, safe environment to assist you in healing and growth. I meet you where you are. Depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relational issues are among some of the areas I specialize in. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a parent and clinician, I have 20 years of experience working with the autistic population. Additionally, I have three decades of experience in the child welfare and adoption field and am an Adoption Competent Counselor. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Troy University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a safe environment for you to learn, grow or change. I utilize evidence-based practices to assist you in learning coping mechanism to achieve well-being. It's a collaboration to meet your needs and develop your strengths.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work together on your plan and goals for therapy in a non-judgmental way, non-confrontational manner. I tailor treatment to your needs and together we can achieve your therapeutic goals.
