Rebecca Toner, MA, LPC, LCPC Rebecca Toner is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Connecticut who has been practicing since 2010. Rebecca provides multifaceted EMDR therapy to adults with complex trauma, attachment trauma, and those who experience dissociation. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her dogs and her four-year-old niece. She also loves homesteading and gardening and is learning how to cook on cast iron and how to can and preserve food from the garden!
