Trauma & addiction come in all shapes & sizes but it can often be hard to verbalize or explore. If you're feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, therapy can be a great place to explore solutions in a comfortable & non-judgemental space. I enjoy working w/ adults experiencing transitional life stressors. I also enjoy working w/ first responders & crisis workers. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is always client-centered; I'm mindful that the most important part of change is a strong client-therapist connection and rapport. I use a few modalities including DBT and CBT, and I approach all care from a trauma-informed lens. I am also a therapist who isn’t afraid to use humor, especially when it can feel like laughing is all we can do. Starting therapy and finding the right therapist for you is so important. I am happy to meet with you, discuss your goals for therapy, how you envision change. I focus on creating an engaging, open space for everyone, and to value & respect everyone's individuality.
