Rebecca Ye, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional clinical counselor. I have extensive experience working with children, teens and adults and have treated clients who experienced depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, ADHD, grief, attachment issues, behavioral issues, anger issues, etc. I strive to provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQ + friendly, trauma-informed, strength-based therapy with the approach of integrating evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness, attachment theory, family system and psychodynamic perspective. I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which client and therapy work together to explore, learn, heal and grow. I enjoy helping clients to connect to their inner selves, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and find more inner strengths by processing past experiences, family dynamics and current struggles, which takes a lot of courage, time and energy. I am glad you are here to step out of your comfort zone and walk into this challenging yet rewarding journey. I was born and raised in China and speak Mandarin and English. I enjoy working with diverse populations and have great compassion working with immigrants, immigrant children, and international students.
