Psychotherapist

We cannot control the challenges that we face, but we can control how we process our pain and tap into our own resilience. Seeking psychotherapy can be the first step towards achieving purpose and a better quality of life. I work with individuals, teens, families and couples to identify areas of improvement, foster change, cope with symptoms, and achieve goals. A history of trauma (emotional, physical, sexual, abandonment, domestic violence) or medical difficulties such as chronic/terminal illness or pain can complicate treatment needs and clients can respond differently to psychotherapy when these elements are present.

Getting to know Rebekah Feliciano

We cannot control the challenges that we face, but we can control how we process our pain and tap into our own resilience. I work with individuals, teens, families and couples to identify areas of improvement, foster change, cope with symptoms, and achieve goals. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work collaboratively with clients from a strength based/trauma informed approach, tailoring treatment needs to address symptoms either on a short-term or long-term basis. We will work collaboratively and compassionately to explore the recurring negative patterns in behavior that are causing you pain and are stopping you from achieving your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll look to the past, but spend most of our time in the present learning more effective ways to make decisions, take action, and effectively communicate with the important people in your life. If you are ready to explore psychotherapy and make real changes in your life, please contact me today. It would be a privilege to be a part of your journey.
